I had the best experience with Jack at the Step One GMC Cadillac location. I was interested in a car I found on the website and Jack reached out to me, answered all my questions and didn’t blow my phone up with nonsense like other dealerships have been doing. I’ve been car hunting for 2 months. I actually had a bad experience just last night at a different dealership. This was the first time I felt like the salesman understood me, asked good questions about my wants, needs and budget AND he was easygoing.

My service advisor, Derek, went above and beyond by fitting me into an already busy schedule to replace the gas struts on my SUV. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to helping me made the entire experience exceptional. Derek exemplifies what outstanding customer service should be, and his dedication to his customers is truly commendable. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the excellent service I received.

Let's be honest...the worst part of buying a new car is spending an entire day at the dealership - THIS WAS THE BEST NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD in my 61 years of life. We were able to handle most of the details via text message with awesome sales guy Kiril. When I got to the dealership, it was just to wrap things up and take possession of my beautiful new truck! Highly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Kiril! (Kimberly the business manager was amazing too!)
